We were re-locating to Colorado from Minnesota, and we had precious little time to shop for houses. We gave Amy a list of our wants and needs and she was MORE than ready for my wife when she arrived in Denver. Like a hurricane, Amy whisked my wife from house to house, knowing right away if each house was worth a deeper dive. She found the PERFECT house on the first day, it was uncanny.
