Our house sold for a lot more than expected with Amy’s help. Yes, Colorado is a hot market but Amy spared no expense in promoting it. I think the #1 reason for the quick sale and multiple bids was the fabulous photography. The photographers spent a full morning taking pictures and they showed the house in the best possible light. She also has a stager who made realistic suggestions for arranging furniture and decluttering and even helped move the furniture. Shortly after we started this process, covid became a huge factor. Amy was patient and supportive during the weeks that we wavered about proceeding. She did her best to ensure that everyone involved took appropriate safety measures. Amy is friendly and personable. She took care of all the details and made selling the house as pleasant as possible.
