Our house sold for a lot more than expected with Amy’s help. Yes, Colorado is a hot market but Amy spared no expense in promoting it. I think the #1 reason for the quick sale and multiple bids was the fabulous photography. The photographers spent a full morning taking pictures and they showed the house in the best possible light. She also has a stager who made realistic suggestions for arranging furniture and decluttering and even helped move the furniture. Shortly after we started this process, covid became a huge factor. After a thorough search for a realtor, my elderly mother and I interviewed and selected Amy Lee Hoffman. The first time that we met, Amy Lee clearly researched the local market, recent sales, and new listings so her presentation included her market analysis and the process that she recommended for marketing my mother’s house.
